Creating supplementary income for 62 landless Scheduled Caste families through sheep rearing and wool sales.
RDO introduced a sheep rearing project in Koranoor village, Ebbanadu, to support landless families who depended on irregular daily wage labour. With support from the Canadian High Commission, families received training and support to manage sheep, create a secondary income stream and improve financial security. The project helped families reduce dependence on seasonal farm labour.
