With support from the Government of Japan, RDO established an Administrative Office and Training Centre at Aruvankadu on the Ooty Coonoor National Highway. The centre provides a well located hub for training farmers, women’s self help groups, college students and university students. It also supports soil testing, resource persons and regular capacity building activities for the region.
