RDO worked with the Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board and local communities to address acute drinking water scarcity in Kil Hosatty, Mel Hosatty and Bellada. Women had previously walked long distances and spent hours collecting unsafe stream water. The project laid a pipeline from Devarshola and installed GI pipes to bring treated water closer to households, improving health, dignity and time use.
