RDO partnered with the Embassy of Ireland to run a women’s rights awareness campaign across 14 districts in Tamil Nadu. Working through local NGOs, the programme used IEC materials, media outreach, public processions and community meetings to help women speak about domestic violence, dowry harassment and female infanticide. It strengthened confidence, awareness and local support systems for women facing abuse.
